Reporting FellowRae Kim (she/her) is an audio journalist from San Francisco working with KALW since 2025. She got her start in radio at Berkeley's KALX and went on to join the Audio Academy Fellowship class of 2026. Through story and sound, she seeks to advocate for housing, public space, public transportation, and abolition. She likes to bike to the local branch of the public library and sing along to music.
