San Jose advocates giving away grass to petition signers // SF Weekly      Give-away is an attempt to qualify a referendum on the ballot that would overturn strict zoning regulations for dispensaries.

US House says banks should be able to work with legal dispensaries // Fox News    Vote is largely symbolic, but shows a trend toward federal easing on cannabis controls.
