Yesterday the Entertainment Commission granted permission to the company that operates the Jack in the Box restaurant on Geary Blvd. and 11th Avenue to stay open until 4pm. Their justification for the approval included an argument that the greasy fast food could absorb the alcohol in the stomachs of intoxicated patrons.
