Diana O'Brien, Founder of Impact Autism/CMO of Deloitte

Diana O'Brien

Conversations about Autism are often focused on what people can't do. But joy and fulfillment and meaning come from what you're good at and not obsessing on your deficits.
The rate of autism in children has doubled in the last 10 years. But what about when kids become adults and school and other support services are no longer available? Diana O'Brien, who is the Chief Marketing Officer of Deloitte, founded a charity called Impact Autism when her kids were diagnosed. Impact Autism not only developed an app to help autistic kids navigate their day, but they are now helping adults navigate college and work settings through an innovative program at University of Cinncinati.
