This week, we are proud to share episodes of Melting Spots, a podcast from the California Migration Museum that shows how immigrants have shaped San Francisco and fed the people who live here.
In this episode, Melting Spots hosts Gabby Santas and Katy Long talk about the universal language of food. Chefs from Besharam, Bini’s Kitchen, D’Maize, Reem’s California, and Beit Rima share stories about using their cooking to speak up about immigration, to take political action, and to express their identities.
