Investigative journalist David Cay Johnston says Donald Trump’s tax plan will help Donald Trump.
On Tuesday, Trump pitched his tax plan to the conservative Heritage Foundation. Johnston says the middle-class will see their tax burdens grow, while the super-rich will pay much less. The Tax Policy Center estimates that the highest-earning 20 percent will receive more than 70 percent of the tax cuts. We’ll speak with David Cay Johnston about taxes, inequality, and the economy.
