DOUG MITCHELL is the Founder and Director of Next Generation Radio, an audio-focused multimedia program sponsored and produced at various locations around the US.

Next Gen is 25 years old and since 2013, has an alumni association of 500+ members, 80% of whom identify as women and 65-70% are BIPOC.
