Day 6: San Francisco Bay Area's Coronavirus Shutdown In Pictures

Bay Area residents tried to enjoy their Sunday as much as possible, pursuing many of their usual activities despite shelter-in-place restrictions.Farmers markets remained open, though in altered states. Many public spaces including parks allowed for yoga, hiking, and other exercise. But after people seeking solace in nature flooded areas on Saturday, officials closed off some access to ensure public safety. Large portions of Pt. Reyes National Seashore were off limits. This collection of photos taken around the Bay Area shows how life was spent on an unusual Sunday.
