Indigenous leaders from Brazil protest outside a corporate sustainability meeting in Germany, calling for the end of deforestation.

On this edition of Your Call’s One Planet Series, we're discussing the rise in deadly attacks against environmental activists around the world. According to Global Witness, 212 land and environmental defenders were killed in 2019, making it the deadliest year on record.

Agribusiness, oil, gas, and mining are the key drivers of these murders. What will it take to stop these deadly attacks?
