Media Roundtable: Protests in Iraq, Fires in Southern California & The UAW-GM Deal

On this edition of  Your Call’s media roundtable, we’ll discuss coverage of the historic mass uprising in Iraq. In spite of the government’s brutal crackdown, millions of Iraqis are continuing to protest calling for the downfall of the sectarian and corrupt political system.

We’ll also look at the deal between General Motors and the United Auto Workers union. For six weeks, 46,000 workers went on strike demanding fair wages and better working conditions.
