A supporter of Ivan Golunov, an investigative journalist who worked for the independent website Meduza, holds a newspaper with texts of his investigations during a protest rally in St. Petersburg, Russia, Wednesday, June 12, 2019.

On this edition of Your Call’s media roundtable, we’ll discuss coverage of the Trump administration’s plans to pardon military service members and a former Blackwater contractor who were accused or convicted of war crimes.

Later in the show, we'll discuss the case of Ivan Golunov, a Russian investigative journalist who was arrested on trumped-up charges of drug trafficking. He was released after a public outcry and thousands of people marched in Moscow demanding those responsible for his arrest be held accountable.
