How is the ACA holding up against the Trump administration's continued attacks?

On this edition of Your Call, we discuss the current state of the Affordable Care Act. While Republicans have failed to repeal it entirely, the Trump administration is undermining the law piece by piece.

It’s withholding more than $10 billion to help insurers provide coverage and slashing grants to to nonprofits that help people sign up for plans. And yet, enrollment in ACA plans overall is up. More than 11 million signed up in the last open enrollment period. How are these changes affecting access to healthcare?
