On the August 4th edition of Your Call, we’ll discuss the Obama administration’s $1 trillion plan to modernize the U.S. nuclear weapons arsenal.

The U.S. has 7,100active and inactive nuclear warheads. In 2009, President Obama pledged to “seek the peace and security of a world without nuclear weapons.” Does this suggest a major policy shift?
