Today on Your Call: How should California schools be funded?

On today’s Your Call, we’ll have a conversation about California Governor Jerry Brown's plan to overhaul the state’s school funding system. His proposal redirects more money to schools with low-income and English-learning students. He called his plan a civil rights cause for the children of California. How are schools funded now? Which schools are inadequately funded? Is this the best way for the state to help economically disadvantaged school districts?  It’s Your Call, with Rose Aguilar and you.
