This week, BAY MADE remembers Alice Wong, who passed away on November 14th, by airing some of our favorite episodes of her podcast Disability Visibility.
Alice was a disabled activist, writer, editor, community organizer, and all around badass based in San Francisco. She founded the Disability Visibility Project and received a MacArthur Genius grant in 2024.
Much of her work, including her podcast and anthologies, is about amplifying the voices and culture of people with disabilities.
This episode: Alice talks with disabled entrepreneurs, including the trio of fashionable sisters begin the label love♡bili♡nyc.
