The Richmond City Council is scheduled to vote tonight on extending an agreement for Flock cameras.
Three years ago, Richmond signed an agreement to install 30 cameras around town to help law enforcement. That was amended last year, with more than 70 cameras added, as well as drones and a mobile surveillance trailer.
But residents are concerned about the company potentially sharing data with other law enforcement agencies, including ICE.
