YLR: COVID-19 and The Bill of Rights
We have been living under a pandemic for quite some time; restrictions on personal and business activities have been in place for just short of eight months. Because of this, we have forgone not just luxuries as dining out, but often such necessities as being able to buying groceries or even going to work.
Sitting in for YLR host Jeff Hayden, tonight’s host Josh Borger and his guests, Dr. Margaret Russell Associate Professor of Law at Santa Clara University School Of Law, and Shilpi Agarwal, Legal Policy Co-Director of Litigation at the American Civil Liberties Union Of Northern California, examine COVID-19 and the Bill of Rights.
