Supreme Court Signals Plan To Uphold The ACA. How Will Biden Expand It?

On this edition of Your Call, we’re discussing the future of the Affordable Care Act. Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard yet another challenge to the law. Overturning the ACA would strip health insurance from more than 20 million people. 

Two of the court’s conservative Justices signaled they would not strike down the ACA, but suggested the court may strike down the individual mandate, which required all Americans to obtain health insurance or be subject to a financial penalty. How will the Biden administration expand the ACA if the Democrats fail to take back the Senate?
