This week on Open Air, host David Latulippe talks with members of the Dark Horse Consort, who are live in the studio to perform music for voice and brass from 17th century Germany, to be heard at concerts in Palo Alto, Berkeley and San Francisco this weekend for the SF Early Music Society; also, a conversation with composer Jake Heggie about the production of his opera "Dead Man Walking" which is being staged by Opera Parallele at YBCA; actor Andrew Nance shares details about the production of "Harbor" at the New Conservatory Theater; and soprano Ruth Ziesak discusses her performance of Brahms' "Ein Deutsches Requiem", with the San Francisco Symphony  under Herbert Blomstedt.
