A look back at 2021 and a musical welcome to 2022.

"Ring out the old, ring in the new," as they say. We'll flip the script with vintage blues and jazz for the first day of the new year, followed by selections from host Devon Strolovitch's Top 10 releases of 2021. Saturday, January 1 at 8 pm.

Devon Strolovitch studied medieval Judeo-Portuguese manuscripts and earned a PhD in Linguistics from Cornell University before coming to KALW. He is the Senior Producer of Philosophy Talk, and since 2007 has hosted Fog City Blues, the weekly digest of Blues in the Bay Area and beyond.
