After the Camp Fire, a Butte County business asks: How can we help?

It's been one month since the Camp Fire burned through the entire town of Paradise. Since then, nearby businesses like food trucks, printing companies, and breweries have banded together, finding creative ways to contribute on a small-scale. But many of these businesses are grappling with big questions: how do you help your distressed community when the needs are overwhelming?

Meet John Dean and Lizzy Young, who run a food truck together, Drunken Dumpling. In Paradise John and Lizzy met and fell in love, formed deep friendships, had their daughter, and created the business they now share together. Lizzy lived in Paradise for a decade.  That’s why they offer whatever they can to Camp Fire survivors: free dumplings.
