The 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris are just a few months away. And while top-tier competition is always the focal point of the Games, they've also historically served as a stage for political protest. Reporter Raphael Cohen introduces us to an Oakland-raised Paralympian who, at the Tokyo Games in 2021, used his time on the podium to raise his voice for racial justice.
