As a child, DeWayne Locklear learned how to grow carrots, fry okra, and saute spinach. Now, he’s taken his skills to incarceration, where he makes gourmet food from items in the canteen.
"If you wanted to teach your kid how to cook, this would be the easiest way to do it. It'd be cost-effective, it'd be cheap, it'd be easy, and you know, all together it's creative."
