As San Francisco’s mayoral race enters its final stretch, two rivals vying to unseat London Breed, have formed an unlikely alliance. Former interim Mayor Mark Farrell, a moderate, and progressive Supervisor Ahsha Safai, have urged their supporters to list each other as the second choice on the city’s ranked choice ballots.
