According to the World Health Organization, environmental threats to human health include "climate changes in ecosystems due to loss of biodiversity, supplies of freshwater, land degradation, urbanization, and stresses on food-producing systems." How is the climate crisis and the loss of biodiversity impacting the spread of infectious diseases?
