Your Call: What’s fueling the protests at the World Cup?

On today's Your Call, we’ll talk to Dave Zirin, sports correspondent for The Nation Magazine and author of the new book, Brazil’s Dance with the Devil. Zirin is just back from Brazil, where he covered the protests. He reports that the protestors “are fighting against those who aim to bury the favelas—one World Cup, one Olympics and one demolition at a time.”  What do you think about the impact of international sports events on local communities? Join the conversation on the next Your Call with Matt Martin and You.
