AP Photo/Marcio Jose Sanchez
Workers conduct repairs on an apartment complex on a crumbling cliff after a series of storms in Pacifica, Calif. A new federal report gives the West Coast its best look yet at what to expect from rising sea levels due to climate change.

On this edition of Your Call’s One Planet Series, we’ll discuss the impacts of climate change on California's coast line. Sea-level rise and storms could displace more than half a million people and cost $150 billion by the end of the century.

We'll also discuss the latest move by the Trump administration to weaken the landmark Endangered Species Act, which protects more than 1,600 plant and animal species.

Guests:

Rosanna Xia, environment reporter covering the California coastline for the Los Angeles Times

Rebecca Riley, legal director for the Nature Program at the Natural Resources Defense Council
