Revered singer-songwriter Monica Pasqual is currently sheltering in place in Utah, but hat hasn't stopped her from performing great music. A founding member of the indie folk band Blame Sally, fans lover her for her beautiful music and thoughtful lyrics. Be Moved online workshop with Rosaria Sammartino,12 p.m. every Wednesday and Sunday
Rosario Sammartino is a highly trained somatic psychologist. In this workshop, she'll help you tap into your body's rhythm through feeling and emotion. Her workshop is a wellness tool to help keep your mind and body centered during this crisis.
