Your Call: Citizens United and foreign influence; Rio 2016

On the August 11th edition of Your Call, it’s our Friday media roundtable. This week, we’ll discuss coverage of the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The games are taking place against a backdrop of political and economic crisis engulfing the country.

More than 70,000 people from working-class neighborhoods were displaced for the Olympics. We’ll also discuss the influence of foreign corporate money in the presidential elections. Join the conversation, on the next Your Call, with Rose Aguilar, and you.
