This week on Open Air, host David Latulippe talks to soprano Susanna Phillips, who will sing Barber’s 'Knoxville’ with the SF Symphony Orchestra this week. Aerial dance maker Jo Kreiter discusses the world premiere of her choreography 'Needles to Thread: Dancing Along These Lines in Continuum Alley’, the third and final installment in a trilogy about urban poverty. Translator and theater director Michelle Haner discusses FoolsFURY’s North American premiere of 'The Unheard of World', a dark and eccentric fantasy by celebrated French playwright Fabrice Melquiot. She is joined in the studio by composer and multi-instrumentalist Dan Cantrell who wrote the musical score for the play. And regular contributor and critic at large Peter Robinson enlightens us with a few film reviews.
