Some 200 million women and girls live in countries where the Trump administration’s Global Gag Rule prevents them from accessing legal abortion and other health services. According to the IWHC, the policy has led to an increase in abortions and unplanned pregnancies. How are clinics in places like Kenya and Nepal responding? What will it take to permanently repeal the Global Gag Rule?
