Radiolab's Jad Abumrad ~ October 1st in San Francisco

radiolab2.jpg

Radiolab's Jad Abumrad will present Gut Churn, a multimedia lecture on the creative process at City Arts & Lectures on October 1st.  Gut Churn is the result of a three-year investigation into the science, philosophy and art of uncertainty that began by asking: What does it mean to “innovate?” What use do negative feelings have during the creative process? Do those feelings get in the way, or do they propel us forward?

Information and tickets at the City Arts & Lectures website.

David Latulippe is host of Open Air, KALW's weekly radio magazine of the performing arts, as well as for Explorations in Music, and the Berkeley Symphony broadcasts.
