(SF Gate) // Protestors vandalized cars and more than 30 businesses last night in the Mission district. The protestors were part of a group that marched from Dolores Park and traveled down 18th Street and onto Valencia, where they smashed windows and threw paint and eggs onto buildings and hoods of parked cars...

(Bay Citizen) // Celebrity chef Guy Fieri's yellow Lamborghini, stolen last year from a San Francisco car dealership, was found in a storage unit in Point Richmond on Saturday. The container belonged to a 17-year-old San Rafael resident, who was arrested Saturday on suspicions of firing a handgun at an occupied car. Police say the auto theft was allegedly accomplished by someone who rappelled down from the roof of the dealership and gained entrance through a window...

(SF Weekly) // The San Francisco Democratic Party has passed a resolution demanding that President Obama, as well as Attorney General Eric Holder and U.S. Attorney Melinda Haag immediately desist from taking federal action against medical marijuana clubs. Five dispensaries in San Francisco have already been forced to close down this month. The DCCC argues that U.S. Attorneys are wasting federal resources, as well as depriving the state of much-needed tax dollars...

(Inside Bay Area) // A recent population estimate has shown that, despite California's slow population growth, the Bay Area has been the state's fastest growing region. Demographers noted that California's prison realignment has contributed to the state's stagnant population, as the number of inmates in state prisons decreased last year by 14,535...

(SF Gate) // And a man has filed suit against BMW North America and Corbin-Pacific, Inc., claiming that the ridged seat of his motorcycle gave him a severe case of priapism. He says that the two-year erection caused by the 2010 ride around San Francisco has had lasting negative consequences on his mental and sexual health, and he is seeking an unstated amount of compensation.
