On this edition of Your Call, we’ll ask who bears what share of the tax burden and where their money goes.

Donald Trump’s 2017 tax law gave most of its benefits to high-income households and foreign investors while increasing taxes on some Americans. It also created a windfall for corporations. Now California legislators are considering a new tax hike on the top 0.2 percent most profitable corporations. What would a fair tax system look like?
