On this edition of Your Call, we’re speaking with local food banks and pantries about how they’re coping with the increased demand for food assistance in their communities.

According to Feeding America, food banks across the country report an average 40 percent increase in demand. Food banks and community groups are working overtime to ensure people get the food they need. How can we increase resources and feed more families and people in need?
