UPS employee shares insights about San Francisco mass shooting

At the scene of the shooting at the UPS facility in Potrero Hill

When Jimmy Lam opened fire inside a UPS facility in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood, killing three coworkers and then himself, many other employees escaped without physical harm. But the experience was traumatic.

KALW's Andy Bosselman and Laura Wenus spoke with one man who loads packages for the company.

Mr. O: "They let us back in here right now to get our stuff ... and it was weird to think that someone would be behind the vending machine and come out and shoot me. I thought that. And then I went to the restroom and one of the drivers said the same thing."
