When we're children we believe in magic but as you get older skepticism takes over. But it's a different story for people who run into The Cardman at San Quentin State Prison.

Magician and actor Christian Cagigal combines his acting chops and sleight of hand to create unforgettable onstage illusions. His critically-acclaimed solo shows use storytelling and audience participation  to create intimate and disarming experiences. Cagigal talked with KALW’s Jen Chien about combining theater with sleight of hand.
