On this edition of Your Call's Media Roundtable, we discuss the latest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report, which warns that any further delay will miss a brief and rapidly closing window of opportunity to secure a liveable and sustainable future for all.
The nearly 3,700 page report notes that at least 3.3 billion people’s daily lives are "highly vulnerable" to climate change, and people are 15 times more likely to die from extreme weather than in years past. The IPCC says this opportunity for action will only last for the rest of this decade.
