Your Call: Neil Gorsuch's judicial philosophy

On the second day of Neil Gorsuch's confirmation hearing, we'll discuss his judicial record and philosophy, and what it tells us about how he might rule on the Supreme Court.

In the highly publicized Hobby Lobby v. Sebelius case, Gorsuch sided with Hobby Lobby, a family-owned chain of craft stores that objected to Affordable Care Act regulations requiring employers to provide employees with birth control coverage. Who is Judge Gorsuch? What does his record say about his position on key issues including workers' rights, climate change and abortion rights?

Billy Corriher, deputy director of Legal Progress at American Progress, where his work focuses on courts, the law, and the influence of judicial elections and campaign contributions on judges
