Is there such a thing as sustainable and humane meat? On the January 22nd edition of Your Call, we’ll have a debate about whether eating beef is good or bad for our bodies and the planet. Nicolette Hahn Niman, author of Defending Beef, argues that cattle can help mitigate climate change and provide invaluable nutrition. Harold Brown, the founder of FarmKind.org, argues that humane labels are misleading.
