Your Call: How can we use the holidays to redefine our relationship to food?

On the December 10th, 2014 edition of Your Call, we’ll have a conversation eco-chef and food justice activist Bryant Terry about his new book Afro-Vegan. Terry wants to us to use the holiday season to talk about building a healthy, ethical and sustainable food system for all. Many Americans over-eat during the holidays, while one in five households struggle with hunger. How can we ensure that nourishing foods are a universal right, not a privilege?
