Your Call: How are grassroots activists working to save the Congo’s environment?

On the Oct 28th edition of Your Call, we’ll have a conversation with director of Virunga, a new documentary about a group of brave people risking their lives to build a better future in a part of Africa the world’s forgotten. The Congo is one of the most bio-diverse places in the world and home to the last of the mountain gorillas. How are activists working to protect the Congo and how can we support them? It’s Your Call, with Rose Aguilar and you.

Guests:

Orlando von Einsiedel, award winning documentary filmmaker, and director of Virunga

Andre Bauma,  caretaker at the orphan gorilla sanctuary in Congo's Virunga National Park
