The 14th Annual FCB Left-Hand-A-Thon

Celebrating blues guitarists who resisted the pressure and played left-handed.

Inspired by the birthdays of two lefty legends, Otis Rush on April 29 and Albert King on April 25 (the latter born 100 years ago), join left-handed host Devon Strolovitch for this annual tradition Sunday, April 23 at 4 pm.

Devon Strolovitch studied medieval Judeo-Portuguese manuscripts and earned a PhD in Linguistics from Cornell University before coming to KALW. He is the Senior Producer of Philosophy Talk, and since 2007 has hosted Fog City Blues, the weekly digest of Blues in the Bay Area and beyond.
