Compromise bills would create new state agency // L.A. Times  “The package of bills, crafted in a compromise between legislative leaders and the governor, would create a new state agency to license medical cannabis dispensaries and require marijuana growers to adhere to the laws and regulations imposed on other farmers, including restrictions on pesticides, insecticides and water use.” [Intended for last week.]
