Novelist Salman Rushdie talks about his life in hiding in the aftermath of the fatwa issued against him in 1989.

Rushdie appeared at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco in 2012 to discuss his memoir, Joseph Anton.

He was joined in conversation by veteran radio host and author Michael Krasny.
