A recent study calls it a “greenceiling,” noting that people of color make up only 12-16% of most environmental organizations. How is this affecting the priorities and strategies of the environmental movement? What can we do to ensure that populations most vulnerable to climate change and pollution, such as low-income, city dwellers, and people of color, have a say in the movement?
