What environmental protections have Congressional Republicans and the Trump administration reversed so far?

Congress has repealed a rule protecting waterways from coal waste. The Trump administration has called for a 25 percent cut to the EPA’s budget, which would “zero out” several programs and grants that help state and local governments enforce environmental laws. Trump has also signed executive orders to advance construction of the Keystone XL and Dakota Access oil pipelines. What’s next?
