Update: Kincade Fire Leaves 200,000 Evacuees

On this edition of Your Call, we get an update on the Kincade fires, which are now 30 percent contained. 

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Kincade fire has forced 200,000 people to evacuate their homes, not including those who fled because of the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. power outages.
