One Planet: Why Are Sick And Dead Marine Animals Washing Up On California Beaches?

On this edition of Your Call’s One Planet Series, we’ll discuss the alarming increase in the number of sick and dead marine animals washing up on California beaches.

This year, 103 gray whales have been found dead. In June, 20 dead dolphins were found along the California coast, and hundreds of starving sea lion pups are washing up on Northern and Southern California beaches. What explains the rise and what’s being done to save them?
