In this Dec. 10, 2015, file photo, vehicles make their way westbound on Interstate 80 across the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge as seen from Treasure Island in San Francisco.

On this edition of Your Call’s One Planet Series, we're discussing the EPA’s decision to broadly waive environmental law because of the coronavirus pandemic.

We're also talking about the plan to slash a key Obama-era fuel standard intended to mitigate pollution. The old standards required an average five percent reduction in greenhouse emissions annually on cars and light truck fleets. The Trump administration’s version requires just 1.5 percent.
